RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION: These Listing Terms and Conditions should be read carefully and in their entirety prior to registering with this site. By continuing with your registration, you signify your acceptance of all these restrictions and conditions of MercuryFreeDentists.com site and agree to be bound by their full terms. 

TERMS OF LISTING SERVICE: By submitting your listing registration information to MercuryFreeDentists.com, you are entering a contract with Mercury Free Dentists of Amity, Arkansas, USA to provide Web advertising services for your dental practice. As such you are certifying that you are a fully-licensed dentist in good standing with your state or provincial dental board organization. You also certify that you do not practice using dental mercury or amalgam restorations, and that you practice "informed consent" with your patients.

Listings or other contracted services may be cancelled at any time by notifying us in writing at webmaster@MercuryFreeDentists.com.   Full refund is given for cancellation within the first 30 days of initial listing period.  After 30 days no refunds are given.  Other services (i.e. web design or SEO services) shall be wholly non-refundable, except where fees were paid in advance for services not yet commenced at the time of cancellation (e.g. renewal listing paid and cancelled before renewal date).  

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: You understand and accept that Mercury Free Dentists, its agents or affiliates shall not be liable to you or any associated party for damages or injury caused in whole or in part by negligence in producing and publishing this site or any information contained in this site or linked by or to this site. You completely understand and accept that in no event will Mercury Free Dentists be liable to you or any party associated with you for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information or for any incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages.

PRIVACY: Any and all information collected at this site, including all listing, phone, e-mail and other contact information, is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed, unless otherwise clearly indicated at the time of gathering the information. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know by contacting webmaster@MercuryFreeDentists.com.   MercuryFreeDentists.com does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any information collected at our site, including membership forms or email lists, unless otherwise clearly indicated when collected. However, in the event MercuryFreeDentists.com is sold to a successor company, then all collected information may be transferred to the acquiring / successor company, and that company may publish a new privacy policy.

Mercury Free Dentists may modify these Listing Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. You understand that notice of any updates or modifications to this Agreement will be fully communicated to you in writing, as well as by the posting of a modified Agreement on the MercuryFreeDentists.com web site.
