TOPIC: Non-toxic pain injections

Non-toxic pain injections 2 Years, 6 Months ago
Hi, I just found this website today and maybe just in time. I'm scheduled to see a mercury-free dentist this Wednesday about an extraction, etc. and am pretty concerned about the ingredients and side effects of the pain injections that I have read about.

I have multiple chemical sensitivities as well as severe food allergies and reactions to chemicals in and on foods. I have learned to be cautious by having many frightening reactions. The only way I have found to protect myself is to avoid....

So, what specific injection is safe for a patient with my sensitivites? Can anyone help me?

I am really looking forward to getting the mercury out of my mouth! Thank you for helping me find a safe pain shot.

Most dental anesthetics come in two forms, the anesthetic solution with vasoconstrictors and preservatives and those without. The vasoconstrictors prevent the local solution from carrying the anesthetic away quickly thus prolonging its time of blocking pain signals. I have found Mepivicaine 3% very useful for people with your sensitivities. It may take more than one dose if the procedures takes very long. Just ask your dentist to use an anesthetic without vasoconstrictors (like epinephrine, neocobepherine, etc.)or preservatives. If he is familiar with the needs of allergy-pron patiensts he should be very willing to use the appropriate anesthetic.
You are on the right track in getting your mercury fillings out. I have seen many patients whose allergies and sensitivities greatly improved after removal. You should also be thinking of steps to detoxify or help your body remove the cellular accumulation of mercury. That can accellerate your immune system recovery. Blessings.
