Will fluoride tables help make my teeth more resistant to decay? Fluoride tooth paste doesn't seem to be enough.

There is so much we could say about fluoride. But, since this website at this time needs to concentrate on Mercury/Amalgam issues, let me refer you to two excellent websites where you will find answers to your questions about Fluoride.
