TOPIC: Partial removal?
#24
Partial removal? 2 Years, 6 Months ago
I have some fillings that have pieces missing. I do not experience any pain. I phoned one dentist and was told the entire filling would have to be removed. Is this true? I would like to be mercury-free, but have financial constraints and no insurance. Also, there seems to be no recommended dentist in my immediate area.

It is very important that damaged fillings be completely removed and replaced with non-silver fillings.

If there is not any dentists listed in your area please contact us. Sometimes we have some which we can recommend that have not renewed their listing or have not yet listed with us.

Yes the dentist is correct. If you lose a filling, your dentist will remove the decay and place a new filling. Don't waste time and contact to a nearest dentist. Otherwise take help from mercuryfree to find a good dentist!
